Altamont Group actively seeking a talented and motivated professional to join its global team in the role of Graphic Design & Social Media Analyst. This remote position is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting business development through engaging visual content and the effective management of social media platforms.

Role Overview

The Graphic Design & Social Media Analyst will be responsible for designing visual assets, developing social media strategies, managing online engagement, and ensuring cohesive brand representation across multiple digital channels. Working closely with the business development team, this individual will use design and communication skills to promote the Altamont Group brand and its suite of services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development Support

  • Create compelling visual presentations and company collateral.
  • Design branded templates, graphics, and videos to support proposals and portfolio showcases.
  • Assist in the creation of brand-aligned digital content for blogs, proposals, and portfolio samples.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by generating visually cohesive and targeted design assets.

Social Media Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for all Altamont Group brands.
  • Generate and publish original content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Optimize content for visibility, reach, and engagement.
  • Schedule consistent and timely posts aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.

3. Metrics & Analytics

  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social platforms.
  • Compile weekly and monthly social media activity reports.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify and act on emerging trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for growth.

4. Platform Optimization & Digital Presence

  • Manage and update company web pages, landing pages, and social media profiles.
  • Ensure that all digital content maintains visual and messaging consistency.
  • Expand reach by optimizing each platform’s settings and features for brand exposure.
  • Maintain LinkedIn company pages, monitor connection reports, and coordinate outbound invites.

5. Innovation & Collaboration

  • Research and implement new social media tools, campaign ideas, and content formats.
  • Offer recommendations for improving internal workflows and the digital user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support design requirements and meet campaign objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as CANVA; familiarity with AI voice-over tools is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback and continuously improve.
  • Previous experience with content creation and campaign management is a plus.
  • Personal computer (laptop or desktop) and reliable internet connection required.
  • This is a remote position with flexible hours based on project needs.
